Steak Maria and Broccoli Bowl with Tiger Sauce

Slivers of med-rare tri-tip steak rubbed with paprika, cayenne, rosemary, sage and garlic on a bed of red quinoa with steamed broccoli (or the best seasonal vegetable I can find) and a spicy Tiger sauce. Can be heated or eaten straight from the fridge.
