Spaghetti Squash Gratin

Creamy and cheesy spaghetti squash is cooked with onion, garlic and basil to create a filling meat-less main course.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees

  • Heat covered for 10 mins, uncover and cook for another 10 mins.

  • Allow to rest for 5-10 mins before serving.

Ingredients: locally grown spaghetti squash, organic EVOO, organic onion, locally grown garlic, organic free range eggs, organic A-4 milk, fresh basil, Gruyère cheese, Parmesan Reggianio
