Pork Birilla Tacos

Shredded pork and new potatoes simmered in homemade spicy birilla sauce in street taco corn tortillas with radish, cilantro and queso fresco.

Ingredients: organic and/or local pork loin, organic tomatoes, organic potatoes, dried ancho and gajillo chilis, chilis in adobo sauce, organic grape seed oil, organic oregano, jalapeno, cumin, organic cilantro, organic garlic, organic white onion, paprika, homemade organic and/or local chicken broth, white vinegar, queso fresco (cow’s milk, sea salt, enzymes), organic radish, organic cilantro, organic corn tortillas (corn, lime, water), sea salt, black pepper.

Cooking instructions:

  • Heat pork in microwave.

  • Optional: heat tortillas in a dry pan on high heat - about 30 secs/side

  • Fill tortillas with pork and top with radish, queso fresco and cilantro.
