Modern Tuna Salad
Not the goopy, mayonnaise-laden, tuna salad of childhood but an updated version with Tonnino albacore filets bathed in EVOO infused with black truffle. Celery and chopped walnuts add crunch, and quartered grapes balance with sweetness. Dressed with a light mustard-lemon vinaigrette. Eat on it’s own or on whole grain bread.
