Porchetta Pork Chops

An unctuous stuffed chop of local pork redolent with garlic, rosemary and fennel. Suggested sides: Smashed Celeriac, Classic Caesar and/or Creamy Pesto Beans.

  • Cooking Instructions:

  • Pull chops out of fridge 1/2 hour before cooking

  • Put a cast iron skillet or baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 350 degrees

  • Once oven is preheated, place chops in skillet or on sheet with oil so they are not touching.

  • Cook for 10-12 minutes or until meat has reached 135 degrees

  • Tent with foil and let rest for 10 mins before serving

Ingredients: local pork chops, organic lemon, organic garlic, organic rosemary, red pepper flakes, fennel seeds, chopped fennel fronds, organic EVOO, salt and pepper.
