Marinated Tri-Tip Steak and Mushroom Skewers

Redolent with soy, ginger and garlic, tri-tip steak has been marinated and skewered with large crimini or baby portobello mushrooms, ready for the oven or grill.

Ingredients: organic and/or locally sourced beef, organic mushrooms, organic tamari, organic fresh ginger, organic garlic, onion powder, organic brown sugar.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Oven: preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay skewers out on a baking sheet. Collect all the marinade from container and pour on skewers. Cook until meat thermometer reads 135 for med-rare - about 9-12 mins

  • Grill: Heat grill and place skewers over direct flame. Turn to sear all sides. Baste with remaining marinade in container. Cook until meat thermometer reads 135 for med-rare - about 9-12 mins
